Referral marketing is supposed to be easy but these days, it is not enough to promote an ordinary referral program.
We have to step back and take a look at the needs of the customers so they can get a fitting reward. When we do this, they will sign up for the program on their own free will.
People will talk oftentimes just for being either really happy with the business. But sometimes, that isn’t always enough to get people motivated.
A simple referral incentive can do the trick and get people talking. If we think outside the box, we might find the perfect reward that works for us too.
