  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  2. Timeframe: You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
